If you are a current US resident and/or want to study part-time, please fill out the application below. You may also visit our office at 540 Arapeen Dr, Room 110 (view map). Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

All new students are required to take a placement test ($50). Placement for new students is subject to availability. Part time students are limited to 3 classes per session with the exception of U.S. citizens and green card holders, who may register for up to 4 classes per session.

Instructions:

1. Complete the ELI Online Application.

2. Call +1-801-581-4600 two weeks before the beginning of the session to confirm your placement test date and time. A nonrefundable placement test fee of $50 is required on the day of the test. Cash, checks, and major credit cards accepted.

Admission to the ELI is not the same as admission to the University of Utah. If you wish to obtain admission to the university, you must apply there directly. For more information, contact:
